We gathered volunteers to drive around while on Zoom for our Wizard-of-Oz prototype. One of the group members on Zoom with the participants read out the signs as they went by. This created the illusion that the drivers were really using the app. From there, we gathered feedback on the concept, determining if the software was usable and useful for them.
